How SMS Consent Works

  1. A person sees the Darkspring Labs phone number or a participating business phone number on a website, listing, advertisement, or other public location.
  2. The person voluntarily calls, texts, or submits a form to request information, support, service, or customer-care coordination.
  3. If the call is not answered, Darkspring Labs or the participating business may send a customer-care SMS to continue the existing inquiry.
  4. The person may reply with information such as their name, contact details, request details, location, preferred timing, or related context.
  5. Darkspring Labs or the participating business may continue the conversation by SMS for customer-care purposes related to that inquiry.
